Domestic renewable energy solutions

Renewable Energy solutions are particularly important for commercial applications as they not only reduce energy costs but also emphasise their corporate responsibility to the environment.

The government support commercial investment in renewable energy through two different incentives.

The Feed in Tariff (FIT) for the generation of electricity. This is normally provided by solar photo voltaic panels which can be either roof or ground mounted.

The Renewable Heat Incentive (RHI) for the production of heat and hot water. Biomass, either in the form of wood pellets or wood chip, can be efficiently burnt in a specialised boiler to provide heat to multiple sites. More than one inhabited domestic site linked together count as commercial entities. In certain circumstances, ground source heat pumps can be used for multi-site properties which can be classified as commercial.

Pure Green are fully accredited to design, supply, install and maintain commercial systems and has an impressive installed base in the commercial world. There are virtually no limits to the size of commercial applications under the government's current legislation. The tariffs which are available do vary on the size of the project.
